Dagenham Library is a design and build of a mixed used scheme including a library and one stop shop, retail unit, and 82 affordable and private residential units. This project is a ‘montage’ where the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD)gives us the leasehold of the land in exchange for the civic facility.
